Bison Tire

Had a broken leaf spring on my travel trailer. Called Josh up and he said absolutely we can fix that. Ben ended up working on it and found another few issues he was concerned about. He replaced the springs, added new rear tires, fixed the trailer brakes, replaced a defective hub, and greased everything. He communicated to me thru the whole process. Took the trailer home back to Seattle and could not be more happy with the results. Bison Tire is the Real McCoy! Thank you Ben and Josh for a job well done.

I recently visited this tire shop and was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure. The work was completed quickly, and the pricing felt fair and transparent. It's clear that customer satisfaction is important to them, and the quality of service reflects that. Whether you need tire repairs, replacements, or general vehicle maintenance, this is a shop I would confidently recommend and return to in the future.

A small tire shop that you actually get to work with the owner I took my truck after a leveling kit to a big brand name tire store and had it aligned twice and they never did it right and they didn’t test drive. They just went by what the machine told them. Bison tires employees did the same but the owner took the time to talk to me to find out exactly what the problem was. He knew the exact custom alignment it needed for the leveling kit it had and instructed his employees what to do. Now it drives perfect! Big box tire store also put in a bad hub and bent something causing it to rub on the rotor which made a grinding noise which is another reason I brought it in. I’ll be working with Bison Tire from now on. I was loyal to the name brand company but they have gone downhill in knowledgeable staff and quality work.

I had an axle job done here and my tire fell off soon afterwards. I had to go back several times to get the issue resolved but every time I went in I received horrible service like one of the wreaking of alcohol mechanics starting my vehicle while cranking the starter driving into the port almost frying it and laughing. James the manager tried telling me that a loose wheel was normal. Is that because of stupidity? I am seriously thinking about filling a lawsuit.

I love small business especially family businesses. I had to get a flat repair and they got me in quickly. They did it complimentary and I thought great, until I discovered two small gouges on the edge of my rim, most likely from improperly loosening the bead. Farewell to my streak of no damage to my vehicle. I left a $20 on the counter for the work crew to get doughnuts, because I was originally happy about the service before returning to the car. Your mileage may vary, but I'll most likely not be a return customer.
